If you are interested in hiring them for an event please complete the Request Spice Kitchen Food Trucks form below to begin the process of submitting a food truck request. The information you provide in this webform will be sent directly to the chef of the business you’ve selected.
You should expect to be contacted within 3-5 business days by the chef to discuss details and confirm your reservation. You can expect to arrange food options and pricing, and settle all of the other remaining details.

You can expect to hear back from the requested business within 3-5 days, please plan accordingly. Due to the nature of the Spice Kitchen Incubator program, the catering and food truck wing is a way for entrepreneurs to learn valuable business skills, including email. Please give extra time when looking to hear back from the selected business.

It is possible to work with multiple food trucks for a single event, however you will need to fill out a separate webform for each business.
