Food Trucks

Spice Kitchen has a variety of food trucks available for Catering and Special Events offering a variety of delicious cuisines.

If you are interested in hiring them for an event please complete the Request Spice Kitchen Food Trucks form below to begin the process of submitting a food truck request. The information you provide in this webform will be sent directly to the chef of the business you’ve selected.

You should expect to be contacted within 3-5 business days by the chef to discuss details and confirm your reservation. You can expect to arrange food options and pricing, and settle all of the other remaining details.

Food Truck Request Timeline

Submit a food truck request form at least 14 days before your event

Chef contacts you within 3-5 business days to confirm details

On the day of the event, food truck arrives an hour early for set up

  • Submitting the food truck request form acts as a tentative hold for your date, however the date is not confirmed until you have heard back from the business you've requested.

  • You can expect to hear back from the requested business within 3-5 days, please plan accordingly. Due to the nature of the Spice Kitchen Incubator program, the catering and food truck wing is a way for entrepreneurs to learn valuable business skills, including email. Please give extra time when looking to hear back from the selected business.

  • It is possible to work with multiple food trucks for a single event, however you will need to fill out a separate webform for each business.
